Matting Policy

A matted coat can result in a range of health issues, including hot spots, skin irritations, as well as bacterial and fungal infections. Additionally, severely matted coats can become taut and cause pain and discomfort for your dog.  Therefore, if your dog is matted, it may be necessary to clip out the matted section or severe matting may require a full body clip.

An additional matting fee may incur.

I will happily provide any additional support and guidance on grooming and maintaining your dogs coat so that future grooms can be to your required taste.

It is advisable to block book your appointments to ensure that the coat is easier to maintain between each professional groom.
